The 6th AGRI-net International Plant Chemical Biology conference aims to stimulate collaborations between the chemical biology and agri-science research communities drawn from academia and industry. This one-day meeting provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and approaches to tackle challenges in sustaining and protecting food and fibre production and will cover a wide spectrum of research, with poster contributions from both the chemical biology and agri-sciences communities. Department of Chemistry Annual PG symposium

A key milestone in the College's PhD Assessment process, all NexGenAgriChem researchers will present a poster summarising progress to date in their PhD projects at the annual Department of Chemistry PG symposium. All second year PhD students are required to present a poster at the symposium as part of their Late Stage Review. Draft A4 copies to be submitted to Blackboard by Friday 3rd June, final copies submitted to Blackboard by Monday 27th June. Posters need ot be A1/portrait in size/orientation. Read more...

Two day Chemical Biology CDT Conference

Sir Alexander Flemming Building (G34) and RCS 1 (Lecture Theatre D) This annual student-run conference in Chemical Biology is being hosted by Imperial College this year, bringing together postgraduate students from Imperial, and other Chemical Biology focussed CDTs to discuss their research. 2nd year PhD students are invited to give a talk, and 1st year PhD students to present a poster. The first day of the conference will start with registration from 11.30 am, followed by lunch at noon and the first sesssion to begin at 12.45 pm. Read more...
